1. Identification of the Vendor

These Terms of Sale apply to any transaction concluded with Bruno Bocquillion (operating as CountrySongsForArtists), located at Rue des Macralles 16, 6940 Durbuy, Belgium. VAT number: BE0722 277 341.

2. International Scope and Professional Buyers

Buyers may be located in different jurisdictions, including but not limited to North America and outside the European Union. Certain mandatory consumer, tax, or digital commerce rules may apply depending on the buyer’s country or state of residence.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, transactions are intended for professional or commercial use by artists, managers, publishers, labels, or related industry professionals. Where a buyer qualifies as a consumer under applicable law, mandatory consumer protection rules shall apply to the extent required.

3. Object and Exclusivity

CountrySongsForArtists provides high-quality, original country music compositions designed for commercial release. We operate strictly on an exclusive licensing model.

Songs are offered under an exclusive license only. Once a title is successfully sold and licensed, it is permanently removed from active availability. The vendor may keep the title visible on the Website marked as "SOLD" strictly for portfolio and social proof purposes.

4. The Deliverables

Upon the successful completion of a sale, the buyer will typically receive a comprehensive production package. While the exact contents may vary and will be confirmed in the final agreement, a standard delivery includes:

• Guide vocal version
• Clean instrumental backing track
• Separated audio stems
• MIDI file(s), where applicable
• WAV master file and MP3 version
• A fully executed Exclusive License Agreement

5. Pricing, Payments, and Pre-contractual Information

Prices are communicated in USD unless stated otherwise. Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices do not include applicable taxes, duties, transaction charges, or similar amounts that may arise depending on the buyer’s location and the applicable law.

Payment terms are communicated during the inquiry process. All payments must be received in full through the designated secure payment methods before any high-resolution files are delivered.

6. Transfer of Rights

No intellectual property rights, licenses, or ownership are transferred to the buyer until the payment has been received in full and the written Exclusive License Agreement has been formally executed by both parties.

7. Order Execution and Digital Delivery

Delivery is made electronically by secure file transfer, download link, cloud folder, or any other agreed digital method. Indicative delivery timelines will be communicated upon finalization of the purchase.

8. Right of Withdrawal

Where the buyer qualifies as a consumer under applicable law, information regarding any applicable right of withdrawal shall be provided before the conclusion of the contract.

If the buyer is a consumer and expressly requests immediate digital delivery before the expiry of any applicable withdrawal period, the buyer acknowledges that, to the extent permitted by applicable law, the right of withdrawal may be lost once performance has begun.

Furthermore, if the delivered materials are customized, adapted, or specifically prepared for the buyer upon request, statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal may also apply where permitted by applicable law.

9. Buyer Responsibility and Commercial Exploitation

The buyer is entirely responsible for the final exploitation, production, mixing, and marketing of the track in their own project. The buyer assumes full responsibility for all ongoing project logistics, including necessary copyright registrations, label releases, credits, and downstream agreements, except where expressly agreed otherwise in writing. CountrySongsForArtists makes no warranty or guarantee regarding the commercial success, charting, revenue, or public reception of the song once released by the buyer.

10. Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse a transaction, cancel an agreement, or withhold delivery in the event of suspected fraud, non-payment, breach of trust, or potential intellectual property conflicts.

11. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of CountrySongsForArtists for any claim arising out of these Terms of Sale or the purchased tracks shall be reasonably limited to the total purchase price paid by the buyer for the specific transaction in question.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms of Sale are governed by Belgian law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply under applicable law.

In the event of a dispute, the parties shall first seek an amicable resolution. Failing such resolution, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts, without prejudice to any mandatory rights granted to consumers under applicable law.
